How many photos is that?

A good, well-lit job-site photo from a phone is often around 3 MB. Using that as a rough guide (and 1 GB = 1,000 MB):

Free, 50 MB: about 16 photos
Basic, 5 GB: about 1,600 photos
Each extra GB ($0.50/month): about 330 more photos

These are estimates. Real photo sizes vary with the camera and settings, and smaller web-sized photos let you fit many more. Earlier versions of files also use storage. Each single file can be up to about 10 MB.

Questions

Is Free really free?

Yes, forever. No card needed. You get your website on your own domain with HTTPS, DNS, basic customer records, 50 MB of storage, and about 2,000 views a day.

What counts toward storage?

Every file you upload, plus the earlier versions we keep so you can see your file history. Each file can be up to about 10 MB.

What does Basic add?

Priority support, 5 GB of storage instead of 50 MB, about 10,000 views a day instead of about 2,000, and the option to buy extra storage and extra views. Add-ons are for Basic only. Everything else you need to run your site is already in Free.

Can I get more storage?

Yes, on Basic only. Extra storage is $0.50 per GB per month, billed through PayPal. Each extra GB holds about 330 typical 3 MB photos.

Will I run out of views?

Almost certainly not. A view is one delivery of any file over 100 KB, such as a large photo. Most pages, icons, and small images are smaller than that, so they don’t count. Free includes about 2,000 views a day and Basic about 10,000, and only photo-heavy sites ever really hit this. If a Free site goes over, we’ll ask you to move to Basic. On Basic, extra views are $2 per 100,000, and very large sites can contact us for a custom quote.

How do I pay?

Online with PayPal, monthly or yearly. You can pay with your PayPal balance or a card through PayPal.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Why yearly?

Pay $50 once and get 12 months for the price of 10.
