While DW Alliance's email archive system is always
available, on some occasions a company's email infrastructure
is not reachable. If a company's email servers
or Internet connection are not working, DW Alliance
retains inbound email until the company's mail servers
are restored and available for inbound mail traffic.
This ensures no email is bounced because of the
unavailable mail servers.
Once the company's email system is functional,
DW Alliance forwards queued email at a controlled
rate until all the messages are delivered to it.
Access to the archived email is simple and easy
over the admin center. And with flexible levels
of administrative rights, users can view there
all of their email while the coporate email system
is being repaired. So you never have to never about
getting email. Ever.
