If someone enters their information into your shopping cart that same information will be seen in your CRM, directory and such things as bulk emailing applications or distribution routes.

 

If you update a clients information in from the CRM those changes are seen in the shopping cart and other applications. This is important in that both you, your coworkers and the client always see the latest changes. You can even do a bulk updates of existing information using our import tools and export the lastest changes using the export tools.
