Duplicate transactions in event registration Jul 03, 2012
Question:
I had a vendor attempt to register for convention. During the registration process she said they received a “declined” warning and then processed to submit the information again and received a “duplicate record” warning. Could you please let me know what occurred with this registration, if they need to resubmit, etc…
Answer:
1. Login to the CRM. 2. Find the persons profile. 3. Click view order history. 4. Look for a paid transaction for that event. 5. If there is no paid transaction, tell the client to try again and if it fails again, to call their bank.
