To add your dwallaince addressbook:

Start Thunderbird and go to Edit->Preferences->Composition

Now Select 'Directory Server' and then 'Edit Directories'

Now enter select 'Add' and enter your information in the 'General' tab:

Name: DW Alliance

Hostname: mail.dwalliance.com

Base DN: dc=thejobdomain,dc=com

Port: 389

Bind DN: mail=YourEmail@Example.com,ou=addressbook,ou=example.com,dc=thejobdomain,dc=com

Where YourEmail@Example.com is your email address and example.com is your domain name.

Select OK, then OK again and now you are able to access your DW Alliance contacts in Thunderbird.
