Example 1: A purchase in Austria should use your German offices merchant account and gateway.

Example 2: A product distributed from the US should use your US merchant account and gateway.

Example 3: Your event in French Quebec should bill in Canadian dollars but should be deposited in Euros to your French Merchant account in France.

This update also more fully supports multi-national merchant gateway providers such as Cybersource.
