Duplicate transactions in event registration Discussion
Question: I had a vendor attempt to register for convention. During the registration process she said they received a “declined” warning and then processed to submit the information again and received a “duplicate record” warning. Could you please let me know what occurred with this registration, if they need to resubmit, etc…
